PROFOUNDLY important episode, one of the best you guys have done! 🙌 🏆 🙌 Wish this concept was more recognized in healing circles! I’ve spent so much time killing pathogens, and I am so intolerant to all trestments - so this makes perfect sense! I think the far-reaching role that the excitatory Calcium and Glutamate play could be mentioned in a CDR episode #2! I’ve had some iron overload symptoms develop and realize that there’s a link of glutamate to ferroptosis - and also a calcium link to oxalate issues. Steve - OMG I worked in a medical chemistry laboratory for 30 years, exposed to so much in that time. I even remember having to leave the room in a histology lab in college, felt so woozy…that was from exposure to benzene. And Nicole, I absolutely agree that nervous system regulation is massive in calming this all down, allowing our immune system to finally have the freedom to kick into gear and get to work. It makes you wonder how many people with long-term stubborn chronic illness, have childhood trauma or profound nervous system dysregulation…? Definitely true in my case. Is the lowering of glutamate key in calming the nervous system? Is this why some people react poorly to glutamate containing foods? Could poor GAD genes make a person more prone to not being able to exit CDR, as they’re not as able to convert the Glutamate to GABA efficiently ? ABSOLUTELY have felt more intolerant to anti-oxidants….so your info nails it! Do the infections cause the CDR though, or does the CDR allow for the infections to proliferate? My immune system can’t be this dysfunctional, so I truly feel that CDR is at the wheel! 😂 This episode will help a lot of people, Nic and Steve! Many thanks! I can’t find that article online…Need that great diagram! Our bodies are SO innately intelligent.

Yeah no doubt! Also, he’s into science of health and that type of thing, yet kept talking about the middle east is the cradle. We know through genetics that it’s Africa that is the cradle and that there was a single couple that we all came from. It would show in the genes! We know and there’s evidence for this. Embrace the science’ keep the faith if you like, keep the faith to thyself. Please. Damn, like we haven’t heard it all before. There’s nothing as useless as an individual saying to you, I’ll pray for you! Yeah that works every time, NOT! Ever!

I feel like I'm continually eating saffron right now because I put some saffron aromatherapy oil on my skin and it's traveled to the taste buds in my mouth through my body and I keep tasting it. I'm full of anxiety though because I'm super sick and in terrible pain. It's not helping with any of that at all. When I first clicked on this I thought you might be telling me I poisoned myself. I guess I'll live. Great.
